Hard times for ratepayers but not FPUD employees

FPUD’s board and general manager provide questionable information which requires investigation. Example: FPUD’s new Stage 1 drought plan, in plain English, means FPUD cannot expand its existing water service area/boundaries. However, contractors/developers located inside FPUD’s existing service area/boundaries are allowed new potable water. Stage 1 does not prevent FPUD from exporting its/our potable water into another water district’s service area.
