Brambila on Dean's List, awarded honors

DUBUQUE, IA — The University of Dubuque congratulates Fallbrook resident Adrian Brambila on being appointed to the spring 2008 Dean’s List. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student must earn a GPA of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale for that semester.

Brambila was also awarded the Wendt Character Scholarship. The scholars agree to live into the values of truthfulness, honesty, fairness and the Golden Rule, consistent with the university’s mission and the Reformed Christian identity; participate in the Character Development Series and other programs sponsored by the Wendt Center for Character Education; and advocate for personal character formation throughout the campus.

Brambila, a Fallbrook High School graduate, is the son of Tony and Leticia Brambila.
