FALLBROOK — Young voters exercised their right to vote on Tuesday, November 4, after becoming “registered voters” at Pam’s Preschool and Kindergarten.
Each child signed in at “the polls” and punched in their votes on four important propositions: favorite lunch (fish sticks), favorite type of art (easel painting outside), favorite free-play activity (computer) and favorite storybook character.
Ballots were put into a ballot box and results were later tallied by students for each proposition.
They posted their election results for all to see and then sat down and ate their “favorite lunch” wearing smiles and stickers that said “I have voted – have you?”
