Entries needed for open juried art show

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Art Association Spring Open Juried Show of Fine Art will be held at the Fallbrook Art Center, 103 S Main, from Friday, April 9 through Saturday, April 25.

Art works from members of the association will be featured in the following general categories: oil and acrylic, watermedia, drawing and pastel, mixed media and fiber art, photography, sculpture, printmaking and computer generated art.

Entries will be accepted on Monday, April 5, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The show chairpersons are Bill Riedell and Jon Harwood.

This will be a juried show. Ken Goldman, who is an internationally known artist, author, teacher and art juror, is the scheduled juror for the show.

Cash prizes will be awarded for the categories described above. Daily hours for the show will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. A reception will be held on Friday evening, April 9 from 6 to 8 p.m. The show will end Sunday, April 25 at 3 p.m. Pick up of exhibited art works will be on that day from 3 to 5 p.m.
