Fallbrook civilian killed in accident near Base gate

FALLBROOK - Gaspar Ajca, 48, of Fallbrook was fatally injured in a wreck just outside the Naval Weapons Station gate in the 400 block of Ammunition Road about 7:30 a.m. Sunday, April 18 and died at Palomar Medical Center in Escondido about an hour later, according to the San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office.

Ajca was employed as a civilian on the military installation.
