Fallbrook Riders Field holding Open House, 60th birthday celebration

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Riders Field is hosting an Open House and 60th birthday celebration on Sunday, April 25 from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. for the public. This is a chance for horse owners to bring their horses and check out the facilities for free.

The cross country course will be flagged and marked and all facilities will be available including both arenas and a trail course. There are also 23 pipe corrals and ample trailer parking.

Starting about noon there will be birthday cake and equestrian games including easy, safe, timed events for all riding levels and disciplines, including lead line. There will also be a trail course event. Games are $1 per event. The competition levels will be broken down by riding ability: lead line, walk/trot, and walk/trot/canter. Approved helmets must be worn by anyone under the age of 18 and must be worn by everyone when jumping.

There will also be a food vendor on site.

Creekside Veterinary Services will be offering a clinic for attendees’ equine and canine friends from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., which will include vaccines and microchipping and pre-scheduled dental for equines. Email Cindy at [email protected] or call (760) 519-0405 to schedule an appointment.

All dogs must be on leashes. Payment is due at time of services.
