Fallbrook United Methodist Preschool celebrates Thanksgiving

FALLBROOK – On Nov. 17, the Fallbrook United Methodist Preschool celebrated Thanksgiving with a program put on by the children and a feast. Joining together in celebration were the preschool children and their siblings, parents, grandparents and great-grandparents.

Before the program, the children were treated to a special time with visitor Jackie Ehlers who shared the story “Franklin’s Thanksgiving Feast” along with a Franklin the turtle puppet and a real turtle to explore. The program included songs about pilgrims, Indians and turkeys.

With the audience, the children shared what they are thankful for, some being pets, moms and dads, and food. Everyone gathered together to share a delicious turkey feast prepared by the staff and families.
