Copies of historical wall of prints available

FALLBROOK – Artist N. Dixon Fish is making available to the public a limited number of prints made directly from ten of the original metal plates hanging on his “Historical Wall of Prints” in the new art-inspired Fallbrook Library. The sale of these limited edition prints will benefit the Friends of the Fallbrook Library (FOFL) and the many programs sponsored each year by the FOFL, such as the lecture, music and foreign film series.

Fish ink etched copper, zinc and acrylic plates to produce a visual history of the people and events which shaped Fallbrook, a work that has received much critical acclaim since the library’s opening in January.

The prints will first be available at the FOFL annual luncheon to be held on April 5 at Pala Mesa Resort featuring Pulitzer Prize winning author, Jane Smiley. Any unsold prints will then be available at the Bottom Shelf Bookstore at the Fallbrook Library.

Contact Marlo Miller at (760) 731-9986 or Janice Phoenix at (760) 451-9851 for more information about the prints or the annual luncheon.
