Two-car collision creates 60 ft. gusher on Fallbrook Street

FALLBROOK - As the result of a two-car collision at 5:16 pm today, A fire hydrant on the eastbound side of Fallbrook Street, just east of Main Ave. was shooting water 60 ft. into the air.

The collision was reported by CHP to be a non-injury accident. The fire department was on scene waiting for Fallbrook Public Utility District to turn off the hydrant.
