A serious injury accident happened around 4:30 pm Monday, June 20 off Blue Breton Drive in Fallbrook.

An adult was in a golf cart and was injured when the cart rolled over.

“The patient has significant injuries and was transported to Palomar Medical Center as a trauma,” explained North County Fire Protection District’s spokesperson.

California Highway Patrol is investigating.
