    FALLBROOK – On June 30, at 7 p.m., deputies from the San Diego County Sheriff's Department conducted a probation compliance operation in the Fallbrook command area. The purpose of the compliance operation was to verify that probationers were in compliance with the conditions of their release.     SACRAMENTO – Despite the well-known dangers of distracted driving, the number of California drivers who use mobile devices while they drive is on the rise.
