Who am I? Maurie Schuette!

Maurie Schuette recently gave a “Who am I?” presentation to members of the Fallbrook Kiwanis Club. Schuette told of growing up on a farm in the state of Maine. At age 4, she was helping her grandma. At 18, Maurie went to New York City to school and met a man in uniform, Walt Schuette. They were later married. Maurie worked for the military, handling housing assignments, for 30 years. Afterward she retired, as did her husband, Major Walt Schuette, who is also a member of the Kiwanis Club.
