Edward Jones to host 'Formation to Liquidation'

Kent Borsch, the local Edward Jones investment representative, will host a course titled “FLP & LLC: Formation to Liquidation” on Wednesday, May 11, at 11 a.m. at 5256 S. Mission Rd., Ste. 807.

“This program is designed to assist practitioners by providing them with up-to-date information regarding the latest cutting-edge LLC/partnership issues, from formation of the entity to its liquidation,” said Borsch. This course is approved for three CPE hours for CPA’s and accountants. CLE credit for attorneys is pending approval in all states with general education requirements.
