Peter's Auto Center welcomes Bob's Automotive customers

FALLBROOK — Peter’s Auto Center, a thriving mechanical diagnostic and repair center in the heart of Fallbrook, has taken another big step forward by officially welcoming all customers formerly assisted by fellow repair center Bob’s Automotive.

Eric Particelli, owner/operator of Peter’s Auto Center, and Greg Mettelka, owner of Bob’s Automotive, agreed that since Mettelka was closing Bob’s Automotive, which had been in business almost 30 years, it was in the customers’ best interest that their cars’ repair and maintenance records be transferred to Peter’s Auto Center.

“Eric and I have been friends for ten years,” Mettelka said. “It was important to me that my clients continue to receive the same level of customer service that we provided at Bob’s. We also want to thank our customers for their years of business at Bob’s Automotive. I know they will be well taken care of at Peter’s and we thank them for their patience during this transition.”

In addition to combining customer databases, Peter’s Auto Center is able to offer these services to all customers:

• Onsite transmission building and repair – “We are the only ATRA-certified shop in Fallbrook,” Particelli said. “We are happy to have Tim Coate bring that to Peter’s Auto Center; he was formerly with Bob’s Automotive.”

• Gold Shield Smog certification – a service Peter’s can provide to Bob’s customers.

• A NAPA Auto Care Center – the benefits of which include nationwide coverage when it comes to warranty on parts.
