Diabetes Support Group meeting Oct. 24

The October meeting of the Fallbrook Diabetes Support Group will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 1 to 2 p.m., at Fallbrook Hospital in Conference Room B.

The meeting is free and all are welcome to attend.

This month’s speaker is Anne Whittington, MBA, MSN, RN, CDE, and the topic is “Side by Side: A Partner Approach to Diabetes Self-Care.”

The seven areas of diabetes self-care will be discussed and how to best work with healthcare partners for optimal diabetes control.
