Healthcare for kids?

Our local Congressman Darrell Issa recently voted against legislation which would have expanded healthcare insurance to an additional three million children not covered because their families cannot afford coverage.

As a multi-millionaire with free health insurance for his family for life paid for by the federal government, he appears to have little appreciation for why a family of four with an annual income of $64,000 would have any problem obtaining similar coverage.

However, I expect there are many families in his district who do understand the difficulty of securing private healthcare insurance for children. This should be an issue to consider when he asks for your vote next year.
