Trees for Fallbrook fire victims

After the initial loss of their home and landscape due to the 2007 wildfires in Fallbrook, some homeowners may be ready to replant their home grounds. Replacing tree canopy is not only a good investment in the value of the home but provides energy-saving shade if trees are planted in the right locations. Also, trees on home grounds make for a more healthful environment in our community.

Once again, Save Our Forest (SOF) is ready to provide a selection of trees free of charge to those ready to plant in the near future. A good selection of ornamental trees is available. Timing your planting before the hottest part of the summer will give the transplant a chance to adjust.

Call me at (760) 728-5395 to set up an appointment with the SOF nursery manager to discuss your choices.
