Questions on Orange Grove power plant project

I wish to acknowledge that I have been approved by the Energy Resources Conservation Commission of the State of California as an “Intervener” in the Orange Grove Power Plant Project.

This is a special status giving me the power to intervene in the water and wastewater components of this project. It allows me to legally question aspects of this power plant project that I disagree with.

My “Intervener” status appointment is based on my education and my wide variety of practical and management experience in water and wastewater engineering.
