Fallbrook Garden Club makes donation to the library building fund

The Fallbrook Garden Club, through its Community Service Committee, has made a donation of $2,500 to the building fund for the new Fallbrook Library. The Community Service Committee was set up to seek out programs and organizations in the Fallbrook Community that are involved in garden and conservation related activities and to offer support for these organizations.

This support can be in the form of volunteer activity and financial aid. So far this year, the Fallbrook Garden Club has identified and financially supported several non-profit organizations in Fallbrook and has an on-going program of community involvement. Carol Croy heads the committee in charge of this community support and she is joined by Connie Forest, Sandra Evans, B.J. Russell and Mary Jo Bacik.
