FALLBROOK – The board of the Reche Community Club met Sept. 19 to discuss the upcoming yearly Chicken Potpie fundraiser set for Oct. 29 from 4 to 7 p.m. Ticket prices will be the same as last year - $11/adults, $8/children under 12. Serving times are 4, 5 and 6 p.m. Takeout is also available.
Dinner includes chicken potpie, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, coleslaw, a piece of Marie Callendar pie for dessert, and a drink. Entertainment will be provided by Bud Roberds, Jack and Ray Story.
Proceeds go towards maintenance and upkeep of the historic Reche Schoolhouse at 1319 South Live Oak Park Road where the dinner is being held. For tickets and/or information call (760) 728-0301 or (760) 728-9790. Tickets can also be purchased at Major Market in Fallbrook.
