First Day Hike offered at Palomar Mountain State Park

PALOMAR MOUNTAIN – All are invited to go on a special hike on Palomar Mountain at 9 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012 to welcome in the New Year. Hikers will walk up Boucher Trail to the Boucher Hill Summit. They will enjoy an invigorating jaunt along one of the park’s most popular trails, and then take in the spectacular vistas from atop Boucher Hill, including the view from the newly renovated fire tower.
