Fallbrook Masonic Lodge holds 120th Annual Installation of Officers

FALLBROOK – The Freemasons of Fallbrook recently had their 120th Annual Installation of Officers on Dec. 8. The outgoing worshipful master, Alex Towey, handed off the baton to a new master and line of officers to take the reigns of the lodge for another year.

The new officers are: worshipful master - Steve Perkins PM, senior warden - Keith Chipman PM, junior warden - Ryan Welhaven PM, senior deacon - Bruce Drukker, junior deacon - Myles Chace, senior steward - Chuck Crabill, junior steward - Don McLean Jr., marshall - Dan Leman, secretary - Bob DeCuir, treasurer - Steve Balla, chaplain - Daniel Sanchez PM, tyler - Bob Jordan

The Masonic lodge increased its discussion into the esoteric and philosophical sides of Freemasonry last year. Both Alex and Tim Towey look to continue workshops in Masonic education for all of its members. With recent interest in Freemasonry and its “secrets”, the lodge has been bringing back old traditions that Masonic lodges practiced in the 19th and 18th century for the newer and younger members who are seeking more of a spiritual and esoteric need within Freemasonry.
