Cookbook author to discuss Moroccan cuisine

FALLBROOK – On Thurs., July 11 at 6 p.m., Kitty Morse, the author of five cookbooks on the cuisine of Morocco, will be speak as part of the Friends of the Fallbrook Library lecture series.

Morse will discuss the cuisine, perform a cooking demonstration, and introduce her newest book, “Mint Tea and Minarets.” Refreshments will be served.
