Homeless gentleman detained after trespass call

Sheriffs arrived and observed a local homeless man, Richard McPherson, camped out behind a gate next to a downtown business in Fallbrook at 100 W. Mission Rd. McPherson, who complied with deputies and collected his belongings, left after being detained. The call came in at 12:49 pm today, February 22. The business did have "No Trespassing" signs posted on the property.
