Prudential ranks Murphy Team number one in area

BONSALL — When it comes to real estate, Prudential California Realty says the Murphy Team has once again been ranked number one in Fallbrook and Bonsall.

Chris and Kim Murphy started their husband and wife team over nine years ago and have grown their sales force into a successful listing, marketing and real estate sales team located in the Prudential California Realty office in Bonsall.

Before real estate, Chris and Kim enjoyed 22 years of successful international sales and marketing. Brian Bronson and Rick Lopez are the newest members of the Murphy Team. Brian Bronson is an e-certified buyer’s agent. Brian is a graduate of Fallbrook High School and is also finishing up his degrees in political science and communications while working on his third year in real estate with Prudential. Rick Lopez is a bilingual buyer’s agent specializing in the ever-growing Latino population in North San Diego County. Rick has spent the last 16 years as a well-respected, licensed pavement contractor.
