A perfect experience with local business

We always like to shop Fallbrook first and just received remarkable service provided by owner Mark Frederick and his son Christopher from Fallbrook Overhead Doors, the “Garage Door Experts.” Not only did they come out when scheduled – important because our garage door failed to open after five years of operation – the two men knew what the problem was.

Turns out they are experts, just as advertised, in the Windsor doors installed in both the Peppertree and Poets Square homes. They not only replaced the broken spring in our door but added a second for better and quieter operation.

Moreover, while lubricating the mechanics of the door they discovered the original installer had not removed the cardboard cover for the lightbulbs inside the lamp that comes on when the door is activated. The paper was scorched and could easily have started a fire.

The two men worked so fluidly, they were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Further, their rate was equitable to the labor and parts. All in all, it was a perfect experience with local service providers. We recommend them to anyone.
