Steven Douglas Pfarr

Steven Douglas Pfarr, my best friend and soul mate for the past 18 years, passed away on Wednesday, September 26.

From our first chance meeting Labor Day weekend in 1989, we have had a special relationship and bond that reached deep into our hearts and soul. My life was truly enriched by his love and adoration.

Today, I feel the touch of his hand, his arms drawing me in, his kiss on my forehead and his love and adoration… to fill my life until I can be with him again. I love you, Steven…

Your wife, your friend,

Teri

Steve was born in Oakland, CA, on November 9, 1951, and grew up in the northern California area. He graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara and for 20 years worked in the semiconductor industry. In 1990, Steve moved to the San Diego area, working in the PEO and human resources industry.

Steve’s love and passion were his family: his parents, Robert and Mary; his brother and sister, Robert Jr. and Cathy; his twin brother, Michael; his wife, Teri; and his “kids,” Samson and Delilah. Steve adored his friends and co-workers and his entire family network.

Other than his connection with family and friends, Steve could be found traveling the world, diving in exotic places and capturing these special times with a camera.

In Fallbrook on October 6, a viewing will be held at Berry-Bell & Hall Mortuary from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. A Funeral Mass will follow at St. Peter’s Catholic Church at 2 p.m.
