Pancake breakfast, egg hunt this Saturday

FALLBROOK — The annual Pancake Breakfast and Easter egg hunt will take place this Saturday, March 22, at the Community Center.

The Pancake Breakfast will be served by the Fallbrook Firefighters Association from 7:30 to 10 a.m. Cost is $2 per child (12 years and under) and $4 per adult.

At 10:30 a.m. absolutely free Easter egg hunts and games will take place at La Paloma Elementary School sports field. There will be more than 2,000 plastic eggs divided into hunts for four age groups: 2-4 years, 5-6 years, 7-8 years and 9-11 years.

In the eggs there will be toys and goodies. Some eggs will have slips to win a basket. Fun family games including sack races and egg tosses will follow the hunts.

This special event is sponsored by Friends of Fallbrook Community Center, Fallbrook Firefighters Association, Major Market, Yogurt Palace, Fallbrook Village Rotary Club, Albertsons, National Charity League and the County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation.

The Fallbrook Community Center is located at 341 Heald Lane and La Paloma is at 300 Heald Lane.
