Friends and family will commemorate the life of Karen Ann Kooyman, 48, of Fallbrook at funeral services Monday. Karen left us suddenly Saturday, August 3, 2008, after a tragic automobile accident as the family was returning from vacationing in southern Utah.

Born June 8, 1960, in Fullerton, CA, Karen was a lifelong resident of Fallbrook, where her parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Kenneth Kooyman, reside.
