RAINBOW — Rainbow Valley Grange invites anyone interested in learning more about its programs to this month’s meetings on Saturday afternoon, September 13, at the Grange Hall, 2160 Rainbow Valley Blvd.

The Grange Youth Fair Team meets at 3:30, the Junior Grange at 4:30 and the Subordinate Grange at 5:30. Membership is not limited to the local area, as some members come from as far away as Lake Elsinore and Escondido.

The Grange Youth Fair Program allows Grange members from ages 5 to 19 to show project animals, arts and crafts and other projects at their local, county and state fairs....
