FALLBROOK — Save Our Forest, always planning ways to enhance local roads and byways, planted 16 new trees in Fallbrook on a recent Saturday morning.

Old Stage Road was the scene where the early morning planting took place. Contestants in the Miss Fallbrook pageant also took part. This year the theme of the pageant, sponsored by CAST Productions, is volunteerism and community service.
