FALLBROOK — With timeless tapping and wonderful flapping, Fallbrook Players’ production of “Thoroughly Modern Millie” promises to be a thoroughly good time for the entire family.

The romantic comedy follows small-town Millie Dillmount as she arrives in 1920s New York to see how the other half lives. What starts out as a bold declaration of her independence turns into a whirlwind of money, romance, kidnapping and tap-dancing stenographers.
