FALLBROOK – Laurel Klausing and Jeremy Walden were named Fallbrook High School Employees of the Month at a recent Rotary Club of Fallbrook weekly Thursday luncheon meeting. Making the introductions was Dale Mitchell, FUHSD Superintendent, and Fallbrook Rotarian.
Klausing was noted for her dedication to her students and to her job as well as a caring and instructive interaction with her students. Walden was recognized for being a strong teacher in the English Department, teaching two classes of AVID 10th graders along with two college-prep 10th grade English classes where the students are kept challenged and engaged in the classroom.
The Employee of the Month program is an ongoing effort by the Rotary Club of Fallbrook to promote excellence in the care and education of the youth in the community.
