Community center offers vacation day camp

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Community Center offers day camp on Feb. 11 and 12, for boys and girls ages 6 to 12. Each day is planned to include healthy cooking, sports, games, arts & crafts, movies and special holiday activities.

Day camp meets from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. across from La Paloma Elementary School.

Children need to bring a morning snack, sack lunch and drink, and wear comfortable, washable play clothes. College trained staff provide leadership at a ration of 1 to 12.

Parents who are looking for a way to keep their child’s mind stimulated and their feet moving during these vacation days can contact the Fallbrook Community Center for more registration information at (760) 728-1671.

To register in person, visit the center’s office at 341 Heald Lane, Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Because camp size is limited, participants are encouraged to register in advance; however, camp may be canceled if not enough participants register.
