Summer programs available for boys and girls

FALLBROOK – The Boys and Girls Clubs of North County are gearing up for their wet and wild summer programs. The pool opens on June 21; Early Bird Day Camp and the Beat the Heat drop-in program both begin on June 18.

The Early Bird program is from 6:30 a.m until noon. A current membership is required, along with a daily fee. Campers can participate in sports, computers, the summer reading program, nutrition and much more.

After lunch, the Early Bird campers will become part of the Beat the Heat program which is from noon until 6 p.m., and is free with current membership. Members can enjoy recreational swim for a small fee, music class, arts and crafts, sports, game room fun and much more.

The specialty program camps this year include indoor soccer camp, basketball camp, volleyball camp, indoor soccer, fitness, and theater camp. The costs for these camps vary; call the office for specific pricing. The club will also be offering swim lessons. The dates and times vary.
