Independent study program offered for kindergarteners

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Union Elementary School District invites all incoming kindergarten students for the 2011-2012 school year to attend a “Roundup” on Wednesday, June 1. Starting at 9 a.m., Iowa Street School will host an informational get-together. Parents and their children will meet the principal and tour the school.

Registration intake appointments can be scheduled at this time. To be eligible for kindergarten, children must be five years old on or before Dec. 2, 2011. Iowa Street School is located at the Maie Ellis Educational Center, 400 W. Elder Street.
