Urquhart graduates from USC with honors

LOS ANGELES – Lindsey Urquhart, an alumna of Fallbrook High School’s Class of 2007, has graduated with honors from the University of Southern California as a pre-med major with a degree in Health Sciences.

Urquhart graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Keck School of Medicine. She also received athletic honors for having played on USC’s Division I women’s water polo team.

As part of her collegiate experience, Urquhart gained valuable experience with European medical classes and practices with a semester abroad at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She later volunteered for a humanitarian project located in Honduras to provide health care services to underprivileged children.

As to the future, Urquhart plans to intern with a regional hospital and then pursue her post-graduate medical studies.

Urquhart is the daughter of Duane and Susan Urquhart of Fallbrook.
