Brittain graduates Magna Cum Laude

THOUSAND OAKS –

Fallbrook resident Lindsey Brittain graduated from California Lutheran University Magna Cum Laude on May 14. She majored in communication with an emphasis in journalism and minored in history. She was awarded for department distinction and served as a department assistant.

In 2010, Brittain completed a summer undergraduate research fellowship (SURF) that she then presented at multiple research conferences. She was a writing tutor in the writing center and copy editor for the Echo, the school newspaper.

After graduation, she attended the travel seminar Imagining Venice in which a group of students traveled to Venice for 10 days and to Florence for three days for an art and communication class.

A 2007 graduate of Fallbrook High School, Brittain is the daughter of Clay and Traci Brittain of Fallbrook.
