FALLBROOK - On Jan. 15, the Fallbrook Second Ward of the Vista Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints named a new Bishopric. The new Bishop is Graig Garrett. His First Counselor is Ken Macken and his Second Counselor is Cecil Wilson. They are replacing Bishop James Morrison, his First Counselor Craig Griffin, and Second Counselor Rob Greenwood.
