The National Weather Service has issued a heat warning for portions of San Diego and Riverside Counties up until 6 pm tonight, Sunday. The temps may get as high as 86 to 92 degrees today. The NWS is advising people to consider limiting strenuous exercise and reminding people to drink plenty of water.
