This morning, Jan. 19, the county has been out cleaning homeless encampments near Jackie Heyneman Park, the Promenade and surrounding areas.
It was the clean up and sanitation program within the Dept. Of Public Works that was out doing the work. One person living in an encampment was calling out to the county workers, "Thank you for cleaning our room!"
