Katie Acosta serves drinks during lunch at Café des Artistes, 103 South Main Ave. Acosta's goal is to complete her PhD in psychology at Mount San Jacinto College. Prior to coming to the restaurant, she had completed Culinary Lab School in Orange County and graduated as chef. Village News/David Landry
