Senior Center releases schedule of summer tours

FALLBROOK – The Fallbrook Senior Center is offering the following tours:

Yosemite

Travel by deluxe motor coach and Amtrak for this beautiful visit to Yosemite. A professional tour director will guide the group through their visit to Yosemite National Park and the Yosemite Valley Floor with two nights’ stay at the Chukchansi Gold Resort Luxury Hotel and Casino.

Hotel and Casino package includes four food coupons ($5 each) and one casino play slot card worth $20. This trip is three days/two nights and departs June 20.

Grand Sierras

Journey by motor coach for a relaxing trip and sightseeing. Highlights include Mammoth Lakes, Devil’s Post Pile National Monument, Mono Lake, Bodie State Historic Park, and Tuolumne Meadows in Yosemite, King’s Canyon and Sequoia National Park.

This tour includes a three night stay in Mammoth at the Sierra Nevada Inn and one night at the Wyndam Visalia, Aug. 20-24. Meals included are four breakfasts, one lunch and one dinner.

Tall Ships and Coastal Castles

The group will fly to Boston and begin this trip in Cape Cod and then go to Martha’s Vineyard, Newport Rhode Island, Salem and Marblehead. They will visit the House of the Seven Gables and board the Spirit of Boston for a luncheon cruise among the tall ships.

Accommodations include the Courtyard by Marriott in suburban Boston and the Cape Codder Resort in Hyannis. This seven day tour departs June 13.

Toronto and Canadian Niagara Falls

Jet to Toronto for this fully-escorted tour that includes visits to the CN Tower, Niagara Falls, Elora Gorge, Casa Loma Castle, the Falls Cruise and a luncheon at the Skylon Tower. Home pickup available in most of the Southern California area.

Options include many excellent ethnic restaurants or the classic cuisine of Canada itself. Picturesque areas for sightseeing are abundant in Ontario. Seven meals are included. Accommodations are at the Eaton Chelsea, Canada’s largest hotel, for five nights, six days, departing June 25.
