HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! I hope everyone has a safe and fun weekend. Congratulations to our Post member Roland Sinkule for being selected as Grand Marshal for the parade. Our garden is growing and parts are coming to an end. We’ve put in zucchini, tomatoes, okra (which I love fried) & yellow & red bell peppers. The snow peas and broccoli are just about done, as are the artichokes. They should still be going strong, but the weather alternating cold & warm was not good for them. They’re tough & hard to eat.
