    The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted to vacate road easements adjacent to Via Puerta Del Sol. The supervisors’ 5-0 vote September 17 returns rights to those roadway portions to the owners of the five parcels, who will pay the approximate $2,500 processing cost.
