    MURRIETA - A 76-year-old man who sexually assaulted a 6-year-old girl in a San Jacinto alley was sentenced today to 35 years in prison. Oscar Enrique Espinosa was convicted July 27 of sexual intercourse with a child under 10 years old and two counts of lewd acts on a child under 14. Riverside County Superior Court Judge Albert J.     Authorities say a Wildomar man in his mid-20s has been arrested in connection with an incident that occurred just before 8 a.m. this morning on Macadamia Drive in Fallbrook.     Carl Long, an Anza icon who rubbed elbows with political figures as he produced a weekly community newspaper for nearly 25 years, died last week at age 77.
