“We knew when we moved to Fallbrook over three years ago that there was a special purpose for coming,” said Ritzy Stanley. “From the very first day we drove through the Village, I knew this was where I would participate in a community and be part of its future. When I became involved in a number of its organizations, it further established that I wanted to serve this village. So, when the opportunity arose to purchase the local Curves, I knew it was a perfect fit.

“As a retirement town for many, and with the aging of America, I feel it is very necessary to assist our town’s women with a healthy future. Exercise, and specifically muscle strengthening, has been proven to assist a multitude of aging problems, with osteoporosis one of the greatest. Accomplishing this — working with equipment that is not intimidating — is one of the greatest benefits of the Curves workout. Almost every woman can benefit from the Curves program of working out for 30 minutes a day, three days a week.

“Curves for Women is the largest, most successful fitness franchise in the world today, with over 9,000 [centers] worldwide. They are successful because the program works. With over four million members worldwide, we are proud to be a part of both the communities of Bonsall and Fallbrook and Curves.”
