Fallbrook students participate in library essay contest

In recognition of their entries in the Library Friends of San Diego County 2007 essay contest, Friends of the Fallbrook Library President Jerri Patchett (left) presents certificates of participation to Dylan Case (center) and Sean Martinez of the Elder Street Learning Center. The contest’s theme was “How My Library Could Be Even Better” and many of the students’ suggestions – more computers, more books, more space – will be incorporated into the new library planned for Fallbrook. A total of 68 essays from students and adults throughout the county were submitted in the contest.
