Judy and Pat Bresnahan: Realtors with integrity

Thirty years ago, Judy and Pat Bresnahan decided to take a drive to Fallbrook for the day. They adored what they saw.

“We came down, drove around and bought a house that day,” said Judy.

At the time, Judy and Pat were living in Orange County, but the couple knew they just had to live in Fallbrook, especially when they found the perfect house.

“It was the only house we ever looked at,” said Pat. “We still live there.” To this day, they love the neighborhood and their neighbors.

For these exceptional Realtors, being fond of where they live radiates to their clientele, and as a whole, into their entire business. This husband and wife team at Coldwell Banker Landmark Group has been recognized for their talents by being awarded the following accolades: International President’s Circle Team, President’s Club, International Sterling Society, and Circle of Honor. Judy earned her real estate license 20 years ago, while Pat became a full-time Realtor in 1988.

“My dad was in real estate; I used to look at his listings,” said Pat. Before Pat and Judy teamed up, he worked in various areas of real estate, including development sites for shopping centers and apartments in Temecula.

Judy, who remains committed to continuing her education, has attended school to become certified in the fields of: Certified Military Specialist, Previews Property Specialist and Relocation Specialist.

It was 10 years ago when Judy and Pat decided to team up. Their teamwork has produced phenomenal results.

“We enjoy being together,” said Pat. “It’s nice to work with someone that you like to be around.”

This couple has been married for 42 years.

“We started dating 50 years ago,” said Judy. “We met on a blind date when we were in high school. I guess it was love at first sight.”

Judy has nicknamed Pat “Johnny Appleseed,” due to all the trees he has planted on their property. A mélange of redwoods, sycamores and oaks accent their residence.

“He somehow always finds a spot to put another tree,” said Judy.

While Pat spends his free time gardening and tinkering around the house, Judy volunteers whenever and wherever she can.

“I love volunteering and helping other people,” said Judy. Being voted 2007 Volunteer of the Year for the Bonsall Woman’s Club was a distinct honor for Judy.

While living in Fallbrook, Judy and Pat have raised two sons. Brian is a fire captain in Northern California, while their other son, Kevin, is a civil engineer right here in Fallbrook. Judy and Pat thoroughly cherish spending time with family, which includes their adorable grandchildren.
