Woman can learn about bone health, crime prevention

FALLBROOK — The December Healthy Woman Ladies Night Out Event will be hosted by Graybill Medical Group on Friday, December 7, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at 1035 South Main Avenue. Women will learn what they can do to keep their bones healthy and strong and prevent osteoporosis with a talk on women’s bone health by Jeffrey Petersen, MD, Graybill Medical Group and member of Fallbrook Hospital’s Medical Staff.

With the holiday season getting started, this is also a great time to learn everyday crime prevention techniques for women, including safety tips for shopping at the mall. This serious topic is presented in a humorous way by Byron Walls, stand-up comedian with California Crimefight.

The event is free of charge and includes social and networking opportunities, food, fun and door prizes. Seating is limited. RSVP to (760) 731-8432 or visit http://www.fallbrookhospital.com. Free membership sign-up is also available through the Web site.
